Indeed, I got that from a translation site, the problem is the description, though similar, is insufficient to verify for sure that it is the same note.

The seller sent me the following explanation:

The banknote Netherlands Indies 9r 1000 Gulden 1815  I have exchanged Valkenburg in 2007 into two lithuanian banknotes.
Prior to Exchange I showed it to three dutch banknote collectors. What I remember well is that these collectors sniffed that banknote and said it had the smell of old paper and meets all the catalog  9r requirements [Unsigned remainder, without stamp or serial #] and the bankote is real. I appologise but you missed the terms to return this banknote [10 days return privilege, maximum 1 month, but not after 4 months.

try the Dutch dealer "De Ruiter" He knows a lot of Dutch banknotes.
