Drachm elymais?

First look was elymais for me. but cant find him in any catalog.
checked parthia.com already.

12 - 14 mm, 3,38 gram

Elymais seems correct. Compare the coin here. Yours is heavier and the reverse is different enough to think it was issued for another ruler. I have no doc on this time/region.

All the elymais coins look the same, also the the coins from kushan, they also look the same.

But this is also one of my coins, I only know its elymais, but I can't find him anywere.

Probably Kamnaskir Orodes (Orodes III) c.125-150 AD.

Obv. Bearded bust facing, large tufts of hair at sides, Long-fluked anchor with dot and crescent above r.
Rev. Radiate (?) bust of deity (Artemis?) facing, tufts of hair at sides. Inscription 'Urud Malka Bari Urud' round
