Not sure, but this looks like a Gwalior Paisa to me (in the name of Muhammad Akbar, with additional initial of Jayaji Rao).

I think that you're right Overlord.  The coin sems similar to those struck in Gwalior Fort.  Unless I hear otherwise (from Oesho?), I'll go with the attribution:  Gwalior Paisa in the name of Mohammed Abar.
