O: Indian head. To me it's more a morphing of human and horse head. There are other examples which morph more spectacularly.
R: Boar with hackles up. Two semi circles and cross underneath.  I haven't seen this combo before.

Attribution is correct. Nice grading coin, but I guess you have to act against the corrosion.
