Estonia: Miina Härma Design Contest
« on: February 16, 2014, 08:00:13 PM »
The Estonian musician and composer Miina Härma will be honored on a €10 coin this year. And the central bank has recently launched a design competition. As far as I can tell, anybody can participate - but the detailed conditions are (at least at this stage) available in Estonian only ...

Here is the press release in English. Somewhere in the text, further conditions are mentioned ... but I have not found them in English. You can, however, get more info on this Estonian language overview page. At the bottom of that page there is a link to the conditions - a PDF file in Estonian.

Ahem. Translation: can anyone tell us if an Italian designer can participate in the contest? :)
