A hoard of coins arrived today!!

I love the look of that lot Vic, although it's outside my collecting sphere and mostly incomprehensible to me.

But I know well the feeling of a new mixed lot being delivered and the joy of sorting through them to see what's what. I took delivery of a mixed European lot this morning, so you are likely to see some posts asking for a bit of help in the not-too-distant future.

Yes,  a  mixed unidentified lot gives a lot of pleasure but for Indian coins they are rarely found now, and bidding is mostly in the last few seconds using snipers so the bargain of $5 you are seconds away from suddenly jumps up to $70

Never bought a really big lot from e-bay, but i can imagine the joy of sorting through this and finding unexpected jewels !

I never bought a very large lot from ebay but I did get a 10kg package of world coins once. That was quite a few years ago, no long after I started collecting world coins.
What made the deal even sweeter was when I got the package, the seller (someone I knew) had included for free a 10kg package of world tokens (almost exclusively US or European).

I spent quite a few months playing with those.
Whatever the size, lots are fun! Congratulations!
