Looks like a later debased Kushan dinar.  Please post a better, focused picture.
Defending this hobby against a disapproving family since 1998.

Upper coin is upside down, Lowe coin needs to be rotated 90 degrees clockwise.
This may be inspired by the late Kushan Standing king - Ardochsho types. The characters under the arm of the king suggest a Kidarite origin. Could be Kritavirya or Salanavira, mid 5th century.
Unfortunately, the style and surface texture and color looks strange.
We would need a better picture for better judgement, but i think it is most likely that this is a modern fantasy piece.
