I initially thought Almora, but then had to discard it. The characters on the reverse look more like the Devil's number!

What is the weight of the coin? I have the idea that it is a Akbar copper Dam. The reverse need to be rotated  90 anti-clockwise. This could be the side with the date written out and in digits below.

Mahesh,
Help us out please!  Compare the weight of this coin with something that you know. Is it heavier or lighter than a Km 79 Rupee (6 grams) coin?  Or a stainless steel 25 paisa coin (2.82 grams)?
I think that the size might help a bit too.
