Queen Victoria portrait on dump Indian coinage

Wow! It's hard to see the whole serie and even harder with visible date.
I have a nice 1/4 rupee but with only top part of 9 of 1859 visible.

Can anyone explain the obverse and reverse legends for the Bindraban rupees and fractions?
