Looks pretty much like a Dam of Shah Jahan, Mint: Bairata, Sahib Qirani legend. Date on the top of the lef picture........Looks like (10)42 or (10)47.

This dam is very interesting and is with no doubt of Shah Jahan as suggested by asm; the legend "sahib qiran ..." on right picture + weight 20,52g cannot fit with another mughal ruler.
However, I have never seen this type of dam and I don't think that it could be from Bairata mint ...

In center of left scan we have "DO" (NO is not possible) + 2 vertical parts of letters "A" which cut the legend ??, may be one for the "A" of "falus", the other ?? Dogam/ Dogaon ? Daulatabad?
it's not at all the same type of Dogaon dams known for Shah Jahan and I think that copper coins don't exist for Daulatabad....

Isn't it a "7" in upper part of right picture? if correct the date on left picture could be "44" for 1044 / yr 7.

Thanks Saro. That was informative. I am still trying to learn to read these coins but have picked up some knowledge that I can identify a coin by seeing it and then try to read the legend. So quite often, in trying to fit the letters to the image, I end up reading what is not there.
I did find the side with the mint name a bit different from the other coins of Bairata and also the placement of the date is very different. I read the mint in the central line with the first letter like a coma not explained followed by a 'be; 're' and the start of 'te' A lot of info still not accounted for. However, I have came across coins of Shah Jahan with this legend only from this one mint..... so putting 2 & 2 together, I made it a 4........

Thank you for having given confirmation.
Daulatabad seems to be a recently reported mint for Shah Jahan copper coins  ???
