Nomination: British India one anna design 1903-1947

This article manages to increase knowledge about a series of coins by research into its background, going into the the why and how it was created. Its lavish illustrations create a logical path that is easy to follow and avoids long descriptions. The research is original and educational. It is recommended reading, not just for collectors of the series, but for anyone interested in coins.
