Hi, I think it is a one rumi by the looks so it will be lighter than the two. But let us see. Holed as an adornment piece which reduces value but still a nice piece.

If you are sure that the diameter is 30 mm., this is not a genuine coin and probably not genuine gold. Please measure it again. The weight (I think it's 0.0002 kilos, or 2 grams, rounded) makes it a rumi altin, KM 616.

I don't know how I can help you. You will have to do the measuring yourself. The best way to measure a coin's diameter is with a calliper. More information here. Count with about 5 for a basic version in a street market, a bit more in a hardware store (don't settle for a plastic calliper, go for metal.) An electronic one is more precise and easier to handle and read, but more expensive. A common ruler will be more imprecise, but in view of the large differences here, it should be enough.

A one rumi altin should be around 2.4 grams, the double rumi altin should be around 4.8 grams. Slightly underweight coins are OK.

Electronic scales are around 20 and they are very precise.
