Initial impressions after the visit today ... a lack lustre event compared to the previous years ... clearly a sign of slow down in the activity from the peak of 2 years back. There were no sellers on the street outside, a few inside near the staircase and none with briefcases in the exhibition itself ...
There was no particular theme ... mix of everything, proof, republic India, British and world coins ... some fancy stalls selling other antiques [apart from coins & stamps] ...
The prices of notes was low as was that of the proof sets ...
All six auction houses were present with stalls ...
