Looks like Peroz portrait to me, 13х15 mm..

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

The crown seems to be analogous to Peroz's type II crown as opposed to the type III crown shown on Peter's picture.  So, based on Göbl, I would say this is probably Plate 10, 168.  However, Sasanian coinage is quite difficult to attribute correctly.  It all depends on the crown, date, and mint.
