silver coin fragment with an eagle

silver or billion, 23 mm I think the total coin would have been, fragment is 0,77 gram
the words I can read:
pic 1  "CIVIIM"
pic 2  "DINA"

The eagle, I was looking for aachen or spanish netherlands. but no luck

I read CIVIT M (city of M...) and ORDINA (law, regulation). Possibly an imitation of a schelling 1683-1689 of Deventer, or the coin the Deventer schelling took its inspiration from.

civit and ordina is good possible. thanks.
The first thing I tought was also an deventer coin, but no luck in the fortuyn droogleever catalog I have.

but funny you also think of deventer.
