In the next series of coins issued by Akbar, the Kalima on the obverse was dropped and the words “Allahu Akbar Jalla Jalalahu “was substituted. The meaning God is Great, Bright is his Glory is attributed by scholar’s to the punning reference to the Emperor’s name. Akbar’s names and titles were deleted from the reverse and replaced with the ilahi year and Persian month.

The transition was not so straight. In between there was a short lived series which had the Allah O Akbar on one side and Jalla Jalalahu on the other side.... It seems to have been a very short lived series and these coins which are mint-less and date-less are not easy to find. I have posted both the rupee and the half on WoC some time back......
