Strange ... I received the Shastri quite sometime back ... but am waiting for Mukharji and Tukaram

Got my Tukaram Proof and UNC Sets. The quality of strike I got is quite bad. On the UNC ones, the Obverse has some dots rather than mirror finish ... and there is some indent on number on Rs 10 coin indicating die wear. The Proof strikes are not great as well, the frosting barely visible. And to pay such an amount and wait for such a long time ... well part of the problem with coin collecting.

Coin set was not properly put in the packet. Seal gum was holding packet and coin set. took lot of effort to remove the set

Has everyone got the  "Syama Prasad Mookerjee set", I am still awaiting this its been more than a year now.

Is it wise to buy re strikes of sant tukaram, Rabindranath Tagore, lal bahadur shastri and dr. Syama prasad mookerjee from mint. Tagore proof set is available cheaper on eBay from a Gud seller than current booking rate. So please advise.

I had ordered Tukaram and Mookerjee in 2012. However I am yet to receive Mookerjee yet, so I guess its getting clubbed with the re-bookings.

You know something Dheer I got Mookerjee  and the other restrikes booked along with this, but not yet received Tukaram, is there a way to check the status of the dispatch from Mint, how all of you tracking the parcel, how much days we have to way, is there any incidents like customers will not receive the parcel.

I got Acharya Thulasi sometime last week in my home , which I booked in April Last week 2015.

Ya it is disappointing. There is nothing from Kolkata mint, you keep writing and hopefully after 3-4 follow-up they reply.

Tulsi dispatch from Mumbai mint began even before bookings got closed. So definitely a welcome move from Mumbai Mint.

I had booked this in April 2013, after dispatching to initial wait list of people that happened in July to Sept 2014, the deliveries stopped. I chased quite a bit, wrote emails [around 10 reminders], logged complaints via online booking and finally got the set on Saturday.

Hopefully as the deliveries have started again, everyone should be it in next few months.
