I'd also like that book but it only seems to be available from the USA, shipping rates are between $17 & $25 depending on the weight. :o

Anyone know if it's available from anywhere in UK or  EU ?

I have non left, I gave them all away  ;D ;D 

yes $25 mimimum order & rather complicated shipping charges, if I use non US Paypal or credit card it requires trackable postage which doubles the shipping cost  :o
