I can think of several pairs of letters that could be on this token, but I am temporarily settling for DN. The token is brassy copper, 4.0 grams and 22.3 mm. Die rotation (if that's what it is) is as shown. My first thought is UK decimal gaming token.

It is from Dransfield Novelty Ltd; now titled Dransfield Novelty Company Ltd. Head office: Dransfield House, Mill Street, Leeds LS9 8BP., a company that started in 1946; Hayes 124.7 There are twenty different types listed.
