Third Reich 5 Reichsmark (1935): In a Numisbriefe

I'm 200% sure that this is a modern numisbriefe (it indeed says 1993) but can someone translate the text on the envelope? I still don't know why someone would issue a numisbriefe containing a Third Reich commemorative..This must be a private issue, but it also mentions that it is an official numisbriefe. I got it very cheap, but I decided not to get the coin out of it.

It's essentially commemorating Hans Leip and the story that he penned in WWI , but became quite famous during WWII among soldiers as a song and was even co-opted (?) by Geobbles and then the Americans.... Quite a few films have been made based on the story

It says "lili marleen" a song that went round the world ... But I'm little bit unsure of a few words, so probably our resident German members can clarify.

It is a bit long to translate fully. But Paisepagals explanation seems largely correct. Only the bit about Goebbels is wrong.
The essence is that this is a german song, about a girl who waits for her soldier lover.
It was initially popular among German soldiers in WW II. Goebbles considered it a defaitistic tearjerker and banned it from public performance. However, the song was then already adopted bij the allied troops and spread by them instead.

Marlène Dietrich made that song one of her key numbers. That alone should make it clear that it was an anti-war song. She liked to follow up with "Sag mir wo die Blumen sind / Where have all the flowers gone".

I have Lili Marlene on an HMV 78rpm record, German one side English on the other. I find it is listed in the 1946 catalogue.
