Can you still visit the mint?

Maybe not the establishment itself, but I am pretty sure you can get into the museum and the library. I suppose these were struck on coin flans, so you can figure out a period. I am intrigued by the Tower picture, while I presume the mint was already in Llantrissant when these were struck.
