No reason for them to be upset. Yes the supply has increased in terms of govt units clearing their lots. However it doesn't mean these will end up in circulation. Especially the ones wherein the metal value far out weights the face value. I am referring to the big 2 rs coin which oracle mentioned. The traders can still block and stock them. That's what u expect

Yes, some of the commem coins e.g. mb or tilak are now circulating. And thats a good thing.

Whenever a system undergoes a change, there is some period before new system stabilizes. Sooner or later, the dealers will get their networks activated with new way and we should wish that it will be easier, if not cheaper, to get commem coins.

Got Rs 5 Basaveshwara cu-ni coin in circulation yesterday in great condition....
