jagat guru and shastri copper-nickel coins have been issued again.  the prices have started crashing i was offered at rs 30 today i refused.  readers are advised to invest at their own risk

soon first war khadi and dandi might also get released  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Ya I also heard that some Cu-Ni coins were released by some banks in huge numbers.

it has been a long wait and hopefully it soon may pay-off.. again, thank u for sharing!
Btw MB copper-nickel and tilak copper-nickel have been spotted with quiet regularity in the circulation.

This a great news!! A dealer offered the shastri Cu-Ni coin for 100/- in the Bangalore exhibtion.But the grade was not good. So did not buy it..

I too heard that Jagat Guru 5 Rs. Cu-Ni coins were issued to public through RBI outlets. The released lot is from Mumbai Mint or Kolkata Mint?

In Chennai Exhibition, dealer offered Rs 70/per coin-UNC Condition (Both Guru Narayana Dev & Sastri). At that time I didn't read WOC news regarding Cu-Ni coins may be released soon. anyway we bought few #.

Ok, the only issue is that I need to take a half day off from office to go there and so wanted to if they were available for sale at the counter.

do what i do then just pay off a dealer and save the time.  i personally don't bother to go to the RBI these days
