This is one with the legend between two swords, I can't find one in KM the same however
coin is from an a very old collection where they used to varnish the copper coins  :o

Varnish should dissolve in acetone. It's worth a try, since the acetone is completely harmless.

I think that this falus  could have been struck at Kabul mint at time of Sher Ali ?
The script is very stylized as often on these nice afghan coins.
Reverse : good parts of "Kabul" written in toughra style ( the word "falus"is needed)+ part of a date : xx8(0) ?
may be 1280 ? which could fit with Sher Ali first reign.

Sorry, not (12)80...it's a "7"  :-[ may be the last digit of a date ? or something else...

Thank you saro for the lovely calligraphy  8)  Ali was the only part I thought I could read but now you point out the rest I can see it all.
