Yesterday I added the elusive "Coq" a lucky find on a page where I had been advised another token I was seeking was to be found.

These are the earliest and were used for the phonograph cylinder machines before the arrival of the flat record.

Wow. This is a superb page and it keeps getting better. I hope you didn't have to sell a kidney to buy that token. Fortunately, tokens are not yet as silly in price as coins, but this is a prize acquisition.

The shape of the new token is curious. I know it only from some German laundry tokens and Swedish gas tokens, both countries with prolific token producers.

Comparing it with the others on the page in WoT, the die is clearly different. See the position of the head in relation to the shoulders and the position of the knees.
