Unknown small copper 4&5/5 (East india Company?)

Here are the other 2.. I think i see here also part of the V.E.I.C. arms.. The weights are 1.1 & 1.2 grams.. Are these small coppers common? Are these then an 1/4 Pice??

With a rotation of 90° anti-clockwise of the 1st picture, I think that we can read "sanah 1212" in a double square ?
So this coin could be a small cash of Arcot in the time of Shah Alam?
it's a suggestion and I have no reference...

It must be another Salem cash issued by the British East India, Madras Presidency, AE cash, c.1796-1798, mint: Salem.
