BON POUR TOUT PARCOURS = good for any trip. Nothing to do with food. Mr. G. Translate still has a lot to learn.

Peter
An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

Lyon complete set from 1918 to 1924 :
Observe the price evolution, from 10c to 25c in 1924 - Two different tokens for 1920 : 20c and 25c
All these tokens are overstamped with " OTL " which means " Office des Transports de Lyon " ( Lyon Transport Administration )

Not quite  ;) Not listed in Elie
See ebay

Isn't this the same as in reply #12 and #13 or is it a different metal?  ??? [eBay images often show the wrong colour!]

Can't get Windows 7 to recognise my USB microscope - POC!
Pretty sure it says T & Cie backwards!  My guess'll be Thevenon.

NON REMBOURSABLE / TCRP (monogram) / 34 / EN ESPÈCES
BON POUR UN PARCOURS / A / 20C / VALABLE / JUSQU'AU / 31 DÉCEMBRE 1923

TCRP = TRANSPORTS EN COMMUN REGION PARISIENNE

Interestingly there are different numbers under the monogram.
I have 20 (the 0 is over a 1), 21, 34 & 49
No idea what they mean??

T & Cie is a mintmark (triangle) I have come across and had not thought of Thevenon, you may be right.

I am now on the second version of Windows 10 after a huge update last week.  ::) I haven't tried the Microscope as yet but the new compatibility troubleshooter may get it to work!
I have to fire up an old XP machine if I want to use the microscope!

On the British coins they would be die numbers, perhaps these serve the same purpose.  ???
