Muhammad shah set Mumbai Rupee 1145/15  and Half rupee Ry 14.

Very nice set.  The Mumbai half rupee coins are harder to come by.  The RY-15 rupee is surely a EIC Bombay Presidency coin.  However, there is no record of  RY-14 half rupee in the Bombay Presidency catalogs (Pridmore or Paul Stevens).  A previously unreported variety, or something else?

Thankyou, the catalogues are old, a lot of half rupees have appeared after that. i recently bought a hoard with 40 mumbai muhammad shah rupees and 3 half rupees.

Above coin is a 1/2 Rupee RY 12 AH11(4)x.

This coin almost has it all-- RY, mint name, almost all of the mint mark, partial king's name, but the AH date is partially off flan and in nice original condition. Wish it had the complete AH date too.  Well, you can't have it all.... I do have one example with all of these but the mark is off flan....

I liked both of the coins but in haste to publish pictures of mine forgot to compliment these. Nice coins and examples which I can surely add to my collection.
