1987 750 years of Berlin set

This was an impulse buy
I do like the picture that came with the set - it says to me "aren't we modern in the DDR"
Anyone know where in Berlin it was taken?

I doubt they used an old picture - which means very little changed between your picture of 1970 and this one of 1986/87.
