Compare to http://www.worldofcoins.eu/forum/index.php/topic,18271.0.html.  The angle of the legs are off as well as his belly and the things below.  The 'cha' is off as well.  Even if it was the closed variation of the 'cha', the coin doesn't seem to match what I have seen...
