Must be close with the Mexico 20 and 50 Pesos - these last issued in 1995, looking at the mintages of the 200 Forint I would assume the last one for circulation was 1994.

Technically somebody could put it in circulationan d it will be all the same for the general public. Some state 100 pesos as circulating but it's not true.

Could be Mexico in strick terms of "latest circulating", not latest struck for circ. Although old 10 is demonetized, now I can't find info whether it was done for 20 and 50 pesos, maybe they're still legal tender.
