Currency issued by INA

Hi,
I met an elderly man in a village in Madhya Pradesh who showed me some currency issued by the INA. His father had told him that it was very valuable before he died. So this person now wants to know if it is worth anything and if yes to whom. I am attaching a photograph of a photocopy. Please do get back to me with your views.
