You have a beautiful and interesting thematic collection. It's also a theme you can find a lot of interesting coins for.

About the date: the date of the Japanese 5 yen (center coin) is Akihito first year (1989) Y#96.1
The dates of the 2 other coins are on the other side, so please post a picture of the other side.

I have very few of these types...
Even we can have dedicated topic to these type of coins.

Bart,

Many thanks for identifying the Japanese 5 yen coin. I am uploading the snap of rest of the coins. Thanks in advance.

On dated Japanese coins, search for a character that looks like a +. The regnal year is around that character. Next, use this site to figure out the date and learn Japanese/Chinese numbers (not difficult). That way, you can also figure out regnal years up to 9 and regnal names. Note that "one" is spelled out, not written as a number (1).

The date on the Thai coin you are showing is around the hole. You can use the same site to figure it out. Once you know how to write 19 and 20 in Thai, you can find the date easily.

An unidentified coin is a piece of metal. An identified coin is a piece of history.

If I can read it well: the date on your Thai coin must be BE2462, which corresponds with 1919.

The date on your 50 yen coin is in Roman numerals, an is either a Showa or Heisei date, you didn't show the other side of the 50 yen coin.
As I stated before the 5 yen is from 1989 (Heisei "first")
