1891 1/4 anna

This is my 1891 quarter anna. Many black spots on the observe but otherwise good. Your opinion about the grades please.  Is 1891 1/4 anna somewhat scarce?

Besides the 1880 and the 1899, Empress Victoria 1/4 Anna coins are tough to get in very high grades. You don't see many of them so I would say its a good find. Congrats!

That's true! All other years are hard to find in higher grades. I would grade this MS 61-62.
