This one is probably zinc, 4.3 grams, about 23 mm. The church front looks Bavarian to me.

Looks similar to this one: http://www.hood.de/angebot/43074814/biermarke-frauenkirche-muenchen-me-18014-3.htm And the church on that piece is the cathedral in Munich. No idea what brewery or pub though ...

Excellent lead, Christian. I suspect the token was used by temporary waiters during the Oktoberfest. There may be a connection with München's best known brand: HB (Hofbraü).
