Today I bought this Beautiful 1/4 anna. BU - Choice BU in my opinion. Your opinion please....

This type has several high points: eyebrow, mustache and centre of the cross on the band of the crown. They all look OK to me.

The heavy, ermine cloak invariably reminds me of the wonderful videos of the 1911 Durbar circulating on Youtube. George is sitting there, in his heavy european clothes, in the shade, but still, he must have been sweating carrots. All these British colonial types in European clothes as well, waiting in the shade for their 7 seconds of "meeting" the new king. Dressing for dinner in the bush" was never more ridiculous.
