And this is my 1900 quarter anna. I am bit confused about the grade because of its color.

IMHO the color/tone should not factor in the grade. I its tough to say if its AU or Unc as I don't know if there is a little wear on the hair or thats just a weak strike or a problem with the image/plastic covering it.  I love colors and tones as long as I don't see any GREEN!
