Could any one judge this coin .

whether it is orignal or fake ??

Diameter - 30.50 mm
Thickness - 1 mm
Weight - 11.66 gm

Without a picture, your post is meaningless.  The information you provide is insufficient.  Figure out a way to manipulate the images.  Try IrfanView -> free viewer that allows you basic operations such as rescaling/resizing image.

And measure the thickness correctly. The thickness of 1 mm is too thin for any British India Rupee coin. The thickness should be around 1.8 - 1.9 mm.
And what is the price you paid for the 1939 Rupee? A genuine 1 rupee coin of 1939 will not cost you anything below 1.5 lac rupees.
