when i approached the bank for 20 rupee and 50 rupee bundles they said they dont have them but they were ready to provide 10 rupee and hundred rupee bundle ( new bundle).. so if banks do not get these bundles then how are these denominations come into the market..

It is not necessary that all the Banks must have the new bundles with them for all the denominations, at all the times.
Normally, in each city, one of the Bank will have a Currency Chest Branch, which receives the notes directly from RBI. This Currency Chest Branch, in turn, distributes the new currency through all the other banks in the city.
Even otherwise, the 20 and 50 Rupee notes are always in short supply, even for the old used notes, as compared to 10 and 100 rupee notes.

The bank had the bundles but they were out the back being checked for a specific birthday date combination. >:D

Other part of fact is that some bank employees also have associations with regular dealers and all the bundles goes simply to those dealers to rip-off collectors  or general public who need & use these bundles  for festive / marriage occasions.

Cheers ;D
