All notes are verified by 2 officers and signed. Hence the slip of verification. There will be no note in circulation without verification.

Now the officers are hard pressed for time and many a times do a quick glance / check to see if something major is wrong [yes they are technically supposed to check each and everynote, however this is not practical]

Quite a few notes are caught and destroyed. Some escape ...

However what is interesting is that this note has both the sides not printed by same shape, this is very strange ... its not a simple paper fold ... if something was stuck to the roller, then how did it stuck on both the plates ... i don't know.

More like a cut paper than unprinted surface. Also note the extra paper at one side and bottom of the note. So it was printed and numbered all right and then got folded and ........the rest they say is history.

Hi...

Even if this was intentionally done, let us presume, after the note was printed what about the extra paper sticking out at the bottom..... views welcome please...

The extra paper error is common, where the paper folds up during cutting ... and it remains like this while stacking and bundling, only when it gets into circulation, the extra paper gets unfolded ...

No such intention....... I have a few such error notes and know that if you fold the note on the few fold marks that you see on the note, the cuts will appear correct.
