My eyesight is deteriorating. I think this is NvdC 191, but I would appreciate confirmation. I believe the other side is blank. I have high resolution pictures available if you want them. The coin is 0.4 gram, 13.8 mm, tin (possibly zinc)

1163 is correct. It's anywhere between #191 and #192. There are many variants missing in both, Millies and Netscher/van der Chijs.
