Few remarks:

Perth mint is a private mint, mostly engaged in producing hedious pesudo coins.

Canadian mint doesn't ship coins outside Canada.

US mint ships its numismatic products outside US AFAIK but shipping charges are very high. You can buy from reputable dealers for a much better price instead.

Few other mints / central banks do sell their numismatic products outisde their own country. Luxembourg, Slovakia, Austria, Cyprus, UK are good examples. But again, they tend to ask unrealistic shipping charges so it's more economical to  buy from a dealer where you can get a particular item for less than the actual issue price. (Many of the above mints have different prices for bulk orders by dealers and small orders by collectors)..

Might be possible...I didn't check exclusively for India but they have mentioned international postage somewhere on their site so I thought they will ship to India too..

Here is the general case:

  • On the main page of "World of Coins", click on the board "Useful links"
  • Click on "Helpful links for numismatists"
  • In the top category ("Sites of general numismatic interest"), find Central Bank links: http://www.bis.org/cbanks.htm
  • The list is kept up to date by BIS, so it can be trusted. Find the country you are interested in.
  • From here, you must often change language. Next, find the coins and banknotes page and follow links provided

Indeed, it is useful to check shipping conditions carefully.
