I'm not sure where you got the coat of arms, Frizio. The current arms are the double-tailed lion. You avoided the pitfalls of the star and the Slovak arms with the Jeruzalem cross, which are gone. However, the single-headed crowned spread eagle reminds me strongly of the German Empire (the Federal Republic no longer uses the crown). What is now the Czech Republic was once part of Bohemia (hence the double-tailed lion), later part of the Austrian Empire (crowned double-headed eagle with attributes). It was not part of the German Empire.

I think the Cechs would welcome a traditional design. Personally, I would prefer something a bit more abstract. How about an outline of the crowned lion only, no shield?

Done some more research. This is indeed the official arms of the Czech Republic today. The double-tailed climbing lion stands for Bohemia, the black eagle for Silesia (long part of Prussia, which explains the variant of the Prussian royal eagle) and the checkered eagle for Moravia (never part of Prussia).

However, I still find the arms particularly ugly and overly complicated. I have included an alternative, the logo of the university of Pilzen

Who knows, by the time the Czech Rep. could actually join Euroland (in about ten years or so), they may have a different coat of arms. ;) Currently all circulation coins of the country http://www.cnb.cz/en/banknotes_coins/coins/ use the Czech lion only.
