sir, thank you for showing an excellent work on coins from mughal era. but they dont mention anything about ghani , paika, jital etc. all were denominations during the sultanate period

There was no strict correlation, as the early Muslim conquerors of India adopted the various coin types current, only altering the inscriptions. These remained the feature afterwards, until the time of Sher Shah Suri and coins were struck in various weight standards.
For an extensive explanation I would advise you to read the introduction of the book of Goron/Goenka, page 9-10, Metrology.
