British Honduras renamed itself Belize in 1973.  The pattern on the 10, 25 and 50 cents coins was changed, the better to accommodate the new name.

Around the star on the reverse. To my knowing, this is the only Yugoslav coin, even as a pattern, without official coat of arms.
