Around the star on the reverse. To my knowing, this is the only Yugoslav coin, even as a pattern, without official coat of arms.

Both / Pattern ON a pattern coin. 1818 pattern large cent engraved by Jacob Perkins.The large cents were redesigned in 1816, so I'm not sure why this is dated 1818.
