TO says that the coin has already been released in Mumbai....so lets wait for TO's post to see the actual coin that we may get in hand...

Breaking News:

The coin set containing coins of Rs 5 & Rs 10 on 60 years of the Parliament of India will be available at the Sales Counter of Mumbai Mint very soon

When in circulation?
Maybe some dealer will bring it tomorrow to Hyderabad Coin Exhibition to showoff his clout?
