 Yesterday, I made a similar drawing...
The last letter h" of "Agrah" is off, and the first "A" is inside the "..lkhal.." of "al-khalifat"

Yes, I advised asm this morning that there was the aliph I could not account for in my advice last night. Mind you it is pretty ordinary calligraphy given that the "h" is off flan and the middle section is rather fanciful.

The mint name on these coins is usually shown rather boldly whether there is an epithet or not which is certainly not the case here.
