I am not too sure but looks like it is a coin of Jahangir.............Please help attribute. Date seems to be Ilahi with the month Farvardin. Is my reading correct. If so the Ilahi year seems to be 20's or so?

I don't think that it is a coin of Jahangir but better from Akbar; the word which looks like "..ngir" is in fact: "tanka Akbar.." / farwardi + Ilahi 4x.
The mint seems to be off.

I agree with Saro, it is a coin of Akbar (tanka akbar..) on the top. Mint hardly readable. I have at present no suggestion. Month: Fawardi (= Farwardin)

Thank you Oesho and Saro for the confirmation and the help. I will check if there is any more of the date seen with the coin in hand.

Even with the coin in hand I could not make out the second digit. However, the possibility of it being a 'O' is great as it does not look like a '.' which would rule out a 0; 'I' which would rule out 1,2,3,4 & 9 nor 'V' for 7 or inverted V for an 8. So in my opinion the date would most likely be Ilahi 45. Is my hypotheses correct?
