I might be wrong but I think that there are significant differences between the two coins (in terms of the inscription--second line thereon)...

I think your right although I don't know what it says ? something to do with the date?

Dogaon is a common mint in terms of dams but full dated ones are not so common.. and the difference u see is due to the date only

I thought it might be the date

confused over catalogue number as KM#28.19 lists 3 dates AH1011/12/13 but not 998 ?
